WEE Hub Meeting with Cooperative Bank on Financial Inclusion for WBI Entrepreneurs

As the WEE Hub continues to implement the Women's Business Incubation (WBI) Project, today the Hub team led by Prof. Kabira met with the Cooperative Bank Trade Finance team to discuss financial opportunities for women entrepreneurs under the WBI project, as a key pillar in the Women's Business Incubation project that the Hub is implementing.

Financial inclusion is a critical driving force to women's economic empowerment.  During this meeting, the team discussed immediate opportunities/facilities to support the women collectives and individual women enterprises under the WBI project. The meeting was also attended by a representative from Technoserve who are supporting the Individual Entrepreneurs component of the program.
