NABWEE National Caucus Presents Memorandum on Social Protection Bill 

The State Department of Social Protection and Senior Citizens Affairs convened a pivotal public participation session to gather crucial input on the Social Protection Bill 2024. The gathering saw diverse representation, including national and county government officials, civil society organizations, the World Food Programme, representatives from the disability fraternity, and the Women's Economic Empowerment (WEE) Hub, among others.

The Networking and Alliance Building for Women's Economic Empowerment (NABWEE) national caucus presented a memorandum.
This Nairobi session was part of a broader initiative, with similar sessions occurring concurrently on Thursday, 25th January in Kisumu, Thika, Mombasa, Nakuru, Eldoret, and Isiolo.
