WEE Hub Leads Public Participation on Draft Childcare Policy
The Women's Economic Empowerment (WEE) Hub has begun a crucial new phase in our ongoing work to strengthen the National Policy on Women's Economic Empowerment (NPWEE).
On 27th February 2026, the Women's Economic Empowerment (WEE) Hub held a strategic meeting with Prof. Jackson Maalu, the Ag. Deputy Vice Chancellor (Finance, Development and Planning), and Prof. Kennedy Ogolla, Dean of the Faculty of Business and Management (FBM).
Representatives from the University of Nairobi's Women's Economic Empowerment (WEE) Hub, under its ongoing Childcare Project, held a strategic meeting with partners on 12th February 2026 in Machakos County.
A University of Nairobi's Women's Economic Empowerment (WEE) Hub research team has successfully completed a two-day intensive training workshop on data analysis. The training took place on 10th and 11th February 2026 at the University of Nairobi Main Campus.
