A refresher training session was held today to prepare Research Assistants (RAs) for the upcoming second monitoring exercise under the NABWEE longitudinal study. The session aimed to equip the team with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively collect data for the study, which seeks to: (1) assess NABWEE members' awareness of issues related to Women’s Economic Empowerment (WEE), (2) evaluate the strategies NABWEE has employed in policy advocacy, and (3) measure the growth of women’s organizations, groups, and networks engaged in advocacy efforts. With data collection set to begin next week, the training ensured that RAs were aligned with the study’s objectives and methodologies.
