We are happy to share an update on the research work under thematic area two;  Women in Formal and Informal Employment particularly on Social Protection.
The WEE Hub researchers working on the development of the Social Protection Bill in collaboration with a team from the State Department for Social Protection and other key stakeholder , held a technical meeting to review the different elements of the technical report of the study and the Issue Paper on Social Protection ahead of its submission to the National Social Security Secretariat .
The team envisions an all inclusive new Law to be achieved in collaboration with relevant multi-stakeholder.
The meeting was held at Emory Hotel.
