Technology Training on value addition of Cashew nuts, Cassava and Honey

The recently completed technology training in the value addition of cashew nuts, cassava, and honey represents yet another achievement by the WEE Hub, in collaboration with the Kenya Industrial Research and Development Institute (KIRDI).

The training program was conducted with representatives of women’s groups from Kwale, Kilifi, and Kitui counties with the aim of empowering them by enhancing their skills and knowledge in value addition for these locally abundant products.
